Great service by EUclaim after disappointment from Easyjet
After being shrugged off by Easyjet that this particular delay did not qualify for a claim. I was furious as easyJet did not even respond to my online claim but I had to follow it up by web chat, so I found EUclaim and thought I shall give it a try. It, of course took various forms to be filled in but it was all rather organised and easy to follow and they did get the claim through successfully.
