I just have to say they did a very good job throughout the whole process, keeping us up to date with the case as it evolved.

It took more than 5-6 months for the case to be resolved in our favour.

To others: in case, it is taking longer than you expected, do not give up hope. They will keep at it until the case comes to an end one way or other.
Should it ever happan again, I will definitely use EUclaim.
